Q. When will you have stock of a particular used game title? (Posted: 14th July, 2008)
A. Used games are traded by our network of members, so we can't confirm the date a particular title will come into stock. If you search for an out of stock item you will be able register your details and you will be notified when it comes in. Unfortunately sourcing rare and popular games may take a while!

Q. Do you stock 'region free' NTSC Asian versions of games? (Posted: 18th July, 2008)
A. Replay Games does NOT stock 'region free' NTSC or foreign versions of games.

'Region free' or 'Asian' format games are NTSC (US Format) and may not work correctly with Australian consoles and televisions. These games are not licensed for distribution in Australia and the sale of these games may breach Australian copyright laws.

Some manufacturers have reported that online gaming may be affected (some Asian games connect to Asian servers for online play causing lag) and trading these games at major Australian retailers may not be possible.

Delivery can take weeks if purchased from an overseas retailers who also do not accept returns due to incompatibility or language problems.

These games are available in Australia at some retailers, and they are certainly available to us, but we chose to only stock PAL versions of games which are licensed for sale in Australia and New Zealand.

Q. Do you price match? (Posted: 19th July, 2008)
A. Yes, (but some conditions apply) we will match the advertised price of a competitor AND will give you 5% off your next purchase.

To redeem your price guarantee simply contact Replay Games at service@replaygames.com.au - including where you found the cheaper price, the retailers name, address, telephone number and if applicable website URL.

Upon confirmation of your email, one of our sales team will contact you via email or telephone to let you know whether the credit is eligible.

Then simply place your order and we will credit the difference to you in the form of a Replay Games voucher.

Conditions:

- Valid for 5 days only from initial contact email.
- Valid only for video games, computer games and accessories.
- If you find a cheaper price the difference in price excluding delivery will be credited back to the customer in the form of a Replay Games Voucher code.
- Our competitor must have the item currently in stock and ready for immediate delivery. No backorders or pre-orders will be valid.
- The competitor must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and be shipping from an Australian location.
- Price guarantee may include product purchase price and cost of delivery. At the discretion of Replay Games.
- Price match offer is not valid if our competitor has the item on "clearance" or "sale".
- Price match offer is not valid for items on auction, current or completed.
- Our competitor must be selling a new item. We do not price match used or preowned items.
- We reserve the right not to sell below cost price.
- Free Delivery, account discounts, promotional vouchers and any other promotional offers will not apply to any price guarantee purchases.

Q. Do you take pre-orders? (Posted: 19th July, 2008)
A. As gamers there is nothing worse that pre-ordering only to see cheaper prices once the game is released, or not to receive the game on release due to supply issues.

At Replay games we have a policy of only selling what we have in stock, so that we can guarantee your purchase, fast delivery and satisfaction.

Our stock inventory is linked directly to our website. All items shown on our website are in stock and we invite you to register your interest in a product which is out of stock. As soon as it comes into stock you will receive a notification email.

If we make a mistake with our inventory you will contacted immediately and be given an accurate revised arrival time and a choice of cancelling your order if you prefer.

Q. What condition are your used games in? (Posted: 21st July, 2008)
A. We only trade games which meet our quality standards.

All games must be in good working order, be originals, include a game cover, case, disc and game manual. If there is damage to a case we will replace it with a new one.

If we are not happy with the quality of a product, but recognise that the title is rare or popular we will discount it and clearly state why the price is reduced.

The condition of traded Retro and Classic titles can vary therefore all Retro or Classic titles are listed as 'Cartridge Only' unless otherwise stated.

A. We have two delivery options:

1. Standard (1-3 working days for $4.95 within Australia) and,

2. Express Post or Courier (next business day for $8.95 for most deliveries in Australia)
